หล่น means drop
for example ฉันทำกุญแจหล่นหาย, แม่ทำจานหล่นแตก
หล่อน means she. I rarely use this word. normally i'd see it in books or Thai drama. Just sometime i'll use this to talk to someone pretty much in sacastic way. I think most ladyman or gay people like to use it though....but I don't know for sure because I'm not one of them.
for example หล่อน เริศมากกกกก!!!! หล่อนต้องการไรยะ >>> I don't talk like this only some people do. a very specific way of talking.
but nowaday I don't see people use this much anymore when talking.
