ป่ะ has the same meaning as ไหม which is question particle but ป่ะ is informal and usually used among friends.

tod-daniels wrote:It seems to me it's the abridged phrase "let's get going". It's used when you're ready to leave and someone says ป่ะ, then everyone gets up and leaves. I think it's short for ไปแล้วละ.
