Apologies for bringing this up again but previous posts have not helped me. I can get to the website for RID change the page language from Thai to English using the flag symbols at top right but when I try to go to the dictionary it is in Japanese or similar. This happens on both Explorer and Google Chrome.
Does anyone have any solutions.

Go to the menu "View > Encoding" in IE8 and click on "Thai (Windows)".

Pensive is correct. And, in Chrome, click on the wrench (spanner), then "Tools", "Encoding", then click on "Thai".

Strangely, in Internet Explorer9, the dictionary comes up without error at .

Try this newest version and see if it works correctly for you.
