For example, someone just sent the word "ผงซุรส". This is a word we have in the database at http://www.thai-language.com/id/210808 but with a different spelling. We would like to contact you to find out whether this is an erroneous spelling or if it is a valid alternative spelling and, if the latter, where you found it. We believe that this give-and-take improves our overall quality.

I would say that ผงชูรส does not have any alternative spelling at all.
