Free Web Text To Text & Speech

Postby Ausasie_Al » Sun May 22, 2011 8:29 am

Hey, just found a free web based text and text to speech translator at

http://www.oddcast.com/home/demos/tts/t ... xample.php

The preview left out the e in example, and did not show the whole URL, but it seems to work.

It seems to work great on my laptop, but dammed if will open on my mobile on the web.
Which is a real pity, as it would be perfect for short phrases etc. when out.

If anyone knows how to get it working on a mobile (?)...
It would be really appreciated.

Or if anyone has, or knows of similar ?...

Let us all know okay.

Cheers Allan
Dammed user name was supposed to be Aussie_Al, but not proof reading screen....

Does anyone know of a good Thai to Thai TTS site? It would be very helpful to have my homework assignments spoken to me on my ipod...

I found this one which seems to work well at first blush... has a speed regulator... speaks clearly and naturally... But will only open files in .txt format. I apologize if this info can be found elsewhere on the site... Seems I'm always in a rush...
