[Grameen Foundation]

Grameen Foundation USA is looking for a volunteer located in Thailand, willing to act as translator and guide for an assessment currently being conducted on the effects of the Tsunami on microfinance institutions and clients. This volunteer would accompany the team leader around Thailand and connect him with Microfinance Institutions operating in the affected areas. The volunteer must be fluent in English and Thai and have experience working in the region, prior to the Tsunami, as well as have knowledge of Microfinance Institutions.

The assessment in Thailand will require approximately seven days of field work, which will take place during the second half of March and beginning of April.
