Has anyone found a way of getting the TLC tone marks to show up properly in Anki? For example, in a word like giiatL dtiL yohtH I want those tone marks raised in the same way they're displayed on this website but it never comes out like that when I copy and paste.

This probably isn't the answer you're looking for but I'm just wondering if all the effort you're going into might be better spent learning the alphabet well enough to just have English one side of the card and Thai the other instead of karaoke Thai. You seem a serious student and my experience has been that in the long run reading Thai as soon as possible improves your learning speed and saves a lot of hassle of having to learn words twice.
If you can read Thai fairly well then you won't have to worry about adding tone symbols to the end of each word as you can see the tone from the way it is spelt.

It's not much of an effort to be honest. I know the alphabet but I'm not yet a proficient reader and that isn't a priority for me at the moment so I find the TLC transliteration works for me when it comes to memorising words and their pronunciation. I use it together with the Thai alphabet.
