Here's a couple of new exercises to practise how to distinguish between vowel length and tone in Thai, similar to the one posted earlier on the thread. These two new exercises feature the words /sáay/ (ซ้าย) and /thɔ́ɔŋ/ (ท้อง) both with high tone (in 'live' syllables), which is usually the tone that is the most difficult to pronunciate correctly in the beginning.
In the first exercise, these 7 words are repeated in random order and the task is to provide the correct answer for each word:
