I think so, replace พูด with เขียน.

Pirin offered the best choice which sounds as close to natural (or how a thai would say it)
but I'd offer this out as well;
STOP using first person pronouns when making statements in the first person . I know we do that in english, but as a rule, in casual conversation thais don't really "I" (ผม, ดิฉัน or ฉัน) all that much at all when they make statements.
It'd sound way more like a thai if you just said, ถ้า เขียน/พูด/ออกเสียง ผิดบอกด้วยนะ
