Whichever word or way one uses to hurt other's feelings or to criticize something in a humorous way is not universal, is it?

I wonder if we are actually taught to hurt someone's feelings.

It might be better if you can let us know
your understanding of the actualy meaning of the word ชาติ in terms of incarnation
as well as
that of how the phrase เจ้าบุญนายคุณ is used.

In that case, we might be able to guess what confuse you.

Actually I was hoping that I was no longer confused.
ชาติ I understand to be a lifetime, and if not this life (ชาติไหน), then a previous life.
เจ้าบุณนายคุณ is someone who possesses goodness, I guess that to put ของฉัน after it then, someone whom is good to one. I suppose it may mean 'a benefactor' but I haven't looked up the English.
Does the noun matter?

I am suggesting that any assertion might be denied with the words แต่ชาติไหน.

ข. แต่ชาติไหน

Well then let's call it my small contribution to the Thai language, it may catch on!

บัญญัติศัพท์
Is เจ้าบุญนายคุณของฉัน for the English word benefactor, and เจ้าข้าวแดงแกงร้อน the Thai word? A person who has given one friendly aid in this case. Also a patron to a cause or charity. The female equivalent is benefactress, but I doubt that Thai can say that, also there is some gender confusion in the West; woman refused to be identified as women so some people won't use actress, benefactress, Miss. Mrs. for example.

Edit: Benefactor is used like any other noun; driver, mother, leader, etc.
