หมั่นไส้อิลุง!!!แบบว่ารักคนเดียวไม่นอกใจ

หมั้นไส้ means hate face (intending to be hurtful)
The object word อิลุง maybe a name.
However if อี, it denotes female, but ลุง means 'uncle'!
แบบว่า 'of a type'
รักคนเดียว love one person/ love alone.
ไม่นอกใจ 'to not be unfaithful'.
Any ideas?

How about:

Revolting, อิลุง! What I mean is that loving one person means to not be unfaithful.

อิลุง probably a name, or a slang expression

It's hard to find an English term for the word "หมั่นไส้".

In this case, it means "jealous" but in a compliment way.

อิลุง in this case refers to a guy. I often heard Thai people call a foreigner ลุง, especially when that guy married with a younger Thai girl.

As for the whole sentence, I think the closest translation would be "I don't like him because I jealous him. He is such a faithful person, only love one girl."
