Could somebody please translate this ("as closely as possible")?

I can (barely) guess the content. I am also wondering why it is difficult to understand? Obviously some words are missing in tlc's dictionary Possibly also because a word was omitted? Old style Thai?

I am also not sure about the "word boundaries"? I guess something like

จิตสำนึก คอย ย้ำเตือน มิ ให้ เขา ทำ ความชั่ว

Although thai2english shows it like

จิตสำนึก คอย ย้ำเตือน มิ ให้ เขา ทำความ ชั่ว

I am wondering if there are any dictionaries that could be used for "advanced stuff". Most Thai-English dictionaries (including TLC) fail miserably IMHO

Are you saying that the sentence has four words?
