Please review my translation of this formal birthday wish poem:

อวยพรวันเกิด

ขอสิ่งที่ดีงามจงบังเกิด
พรประเสริฐทั้งหลายประสิทธิ์ผล
สิ่งศักดิ์สิทธิ์ทั่วหล้าบันดาลดล
สรรพมงคลเกิดแต่ท่านชั่วกาลเทอญ

A Birthday Greeting . . .

I wish that only good things happen to you . . .
. . . [and] make a blessing that you attain all [you wish] to achieve
[that] all the world’s sacred powers will help you achieve success . . .
. . . [and that] everything will be auspicious for you for all eternity

I wonder if
"(I wish that (only) good things) make a blessing that you attain all [you wish] to achieve"
means the same as
"May you be blessed with all the good things you deserve".

"ขอ....
พรประเสริฐทั้งหลายประสิทธิ์ผล"

=>
May you be blessed with all the good things you deserve.

.....

พรประเสริฐ = good blessing
ทั้งหลาย = (plural markers)
ประสิทธิ์ผล = to come true
