The first thread got sidetracked so I decided to post it again with some changes(notice the final นั้น now has a ไม้โท)
This sentence is from spoken language. I got it from the Pimsleur Thai audio course:
This is from Lesson/Unit 12, 4:30 into the lesson.
The whole sentence is:
สายกว่านั้นได้ไหมคะ "Later than that, ok?"
สายกว่านั้น means "later than that", right?
I'm concerned about the last word: นั้น H
I know there are several variations of "nan", so is this the correct one for that context?
According to the dictionary, entry 7 it can mean "at that time" so it makes sense to use it in a time context, right?
