My take?

Teachers of Thai Language 4.0
Teach in a manner that emphasizes skills and less on content.
Teach children to think more than memorize.
Train your children to have confidence to participate in discussions and to express their ideas, and to have the courage to ask questions.
Use technology to be innovative in your teaching.
Teach substantive material which is relevant to ัyour students’ daily lives. . .
So they can have a current understanding of the news and politics.

Thanks for that. I guess that there is no need to translate 4.0 we just need to know that the attributes listed define a ครู 4.0 . It seems that the concept of using numbers comes from computer updates so 4.0 should be written in English.

I read the article several times and once it popped up in translation, I tried to find the translation again but only today found out how to get it. I must say that the English translation is a fine example of how machine translation gets many things wrong. I am disappointed that there is little interest in this topic because it is very useful as a means of showing how Thai differs from English. Perhaps people don't like to be reminded that their vocabulary of 20,000 'Thai=English words' are useless without grammar.

Never one to give up :
In each class one set of rulers. The parents must provide their own teachers. Glass bridge ....
