What is Thai for "Social Distancing"

One term I have seen in the Thai press is "การเว้นระยะห่างทางสังคม" as:

การเว้นระยะห่างทางสังคม เป็นหนึ่งมาตรการของกระทรวงสาธารณสุขในการควบคุมการระบาดของโควิด 19
Social distancing is one measure used by the Ministry of Health to control the spread of COVID-19.

Here are two more ways to say,
“social distancing” in Thai:

การรักษาระยะห่างจากคนอื่น
2.
การรักษาระยะห่างระหว่างเรากับคนอื่นในสังคม

I've heard quite a few Thais use the English term 'social distancing'. Probably because it's much less of a mouthful than the Thai terms.
