Not sure how this translates. Sort of an exclamation I guess.

Seems like 'exactly!' or strong agreement with something someone else just said.

งั้นแหละ = That's it.

It's from ก็อย่างนั้นนั่นเอง = It's (something) like that. (formal)
ก็ยังงั้นแหล่ะ or นั่นแหล่ะ = That's it. (informal)
In this case, "exactly" seems to be too strong agreement. That's exactly means (in Thai) แบบนั้นเป๊ะเลย-อย่างนั้นไม่ผิดเพี้ยนเลย which has a strong meaning than "นั่นแหล่ะ".
Notice that "ก็งั้นๆ แหละ" even has less agreement. It means "so so", "not so good" or "just mediocre or even a mild agreement".
