I've noticed that forum registrations are closed. Is this still due to the difficulty of loading the site? I actually like the conversations happening here and would definitely be happy to see more members around here.

Me too, and I am the administrator. We are having difficulty with the registration function of the phpBB software and Glenn tells me that he is working to fix it. He is also considering moving the discussion forums to Facebook or some similar site as many have already done. I hope that this problem can be resolved soon. Thank you for continuing to bring these issues to our attention and I appreciate your patience.

I hope the forums doesn't move to FB though, prefer to learn in a forum setting environment with threads placed in different categories

Could the issue be an outdated forum software? I used to run a few forums on different forum softwares (IPB, Xenforo and also Phpbb). Member registration issues (influx of spam registrations) occur when I didn't pay for renewal fees on forum spam prevention and also the failure to keep the forum software to its latest version.

Anyway, thanks for the update David!

Hi David,

I'm actually not registering for a new account. I was asking as I was hoping that this community could continue to grow in size and members. The conversations and resources in this site is by far the best I've seen in websites that has Thai language as a niche.

Thanks for the prompt response btw, I appreciate it. :)
