Win 7 problem

I have recently installed Win 7 64 bit. Now I cannot enter thai into the dictionary. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the keyboard through the regional and language settings control with same result. I do get the correct language when I type into the bulk look up. The keyboard works correctly in other Windows applications.

Any suggestions as to what is going on and how to fix it?

John,

Do you encounter the Thai input problem in all applications, including browsers like Chrome, Firefox, and Explorer, as well as Word and Excel, or is the problem limited only to certain applications?

David,

Yes, Facebook and IE have the problem. Sometimes the first character I type is Thai. After that it is a scrambled Engish keyboard.

Follow up:

After working with Microcoft customer support for a couple of hours with no resolution to the problem I ended up reinstalling Windows. The problem came back but I did a "System Restore" and the problem has not reappeared. It did involve a bit of software re-instalation.

I would guess that somewhere along the line a driver got corrupted.

Thanks David for your interest.

I think it would be better if you could do it yourself or give your requisites to the person who will do it because there are many possibilities...
