Itchy Feet - ชีพจรลงเท้า ??

During a conversation about a "quick but leisurely trip" (ท่องเที่ยวเดินทางไปเรื่อย ๆ) yesterday, I came across a bit of Thai slang I've never heard before : ชีพจรลงเท้า
I figured ชีพจรลงเท้า was something to do with someone who doesn't like to be in one place or in one situation too long; hence my guess at the English equivalent "itchy feet". Would appreciate any insight or enlightenment.
Thanks and regards - Bruce
