Itchy Feet - ชีพจรลงเท้า ??

During a conversation about a "quick but leisurely trip" (ท่องเที่ยวเดินทางไปเรื่อย ๆ) yesterday, I came across a bit of Thai slang I've never heard before : ชีพจรลงเท้า

I figured ชีพจรลงเท้า was something to do with someone who doesn't like to be in one place or in one situation too long; hence my guess at the English equivalent "itchy feet". Would appreciate any insight or enlightenment.

Thanks and regards - Bruce

From the Longdo dictionary:

"ชีพจรลงเท้า ก. อยู่ไม่เป็นที่, ท่องเที่ยวเดินทางไปเรื่อย ๆ, เดิมใช้ว่า เทพจรลงเท้า."

verb. is unable to stay in one place; to travel often

Literally, one's pulse is in one's feet. Some say in English, "itchy feet".
