Missing Thailand

Hi all. It took me a while, but I finally figured out how to get a hold of David and Bui so I could register for the forums. I've been a speaker of the Thai language since 2004. I currently live in the US, but I'm itching to get back to Thailand. My Thai is at a C1/C2 level. I scored a Superior rating (3+) on the ACTFL Thai OPI. I've worked as an EN<>TH interpreter since 2007 and translator since 2010. My accent is pretty dead-on, my handwriting is somewhat legible, I can type around 30 WPM in Thai, and I took second place in a singing competition against 7 Thais on รายการตีสิบ (Tee Sib) ช่วงดันดารา (Dan Dara). That being said, I still have a lot to learn, and that's why I'm here. I look forward to getting to know all of you and learn from and with you.
