Reinterpret Character Encoding
This form provides a quick way to convert jumbled Thai text into a readable Unicode form.
Because some e-mail applications or web browsers fail to properly interpret various types of metadata which specify that accompaning Thai text must be rendered in the 8-bit TIS-620 character encoding (or the "Windows 874 codepage"), the text may be rendered as nonsense: an unreadable collection of certain symbols and Roman alphabet characters with diacritical marks. With this utility, such "garbage" text can be restored to readable Thai.
