Most people seem to use เช่า when talking about renting something.
My wife uses เซ้ง when talking about leasing a property. Is this correct: เช่า=rent, เซ้ง= lease?
Most dictionaries seem to favour เช่า, although I did find in one Thai-English dictionary, that เซ้ง is listed as:
"(Chinese) to sell out, liquidate, change hands (in business), to liquidate, to buy out."
