Do you know of any other words that have a chai or chaay, etc. sound? I am just looking for any words that are similar sounding.

You can use the approximate matching feature on thai.sealang.net. There are at least two ways to go about it, with different results.

First, type cHay in the IPA box and click the V button under the "Approximate matching" section. This will return variations on vowel length and tone for the given word, regardless of consonant.

Second, type ใช้ (or some other word beginning with the consonant you want results restricted to) in the Thai box and then click V. This will return variations on vowel length and tone, but only those with the same initial consonant.

I think you've pretty much come up with all the possibilities here already, but you can use this for other words in the future.
