the link goes to a short voice recording (20 seconds), from a friend in Thailand. There are a couple of sentences in Thai starting around :07 seconds in to the recording. It's unmistakably a happy-birthday message with an apparent follow-up wish for happiness on 'this day' and possibly the week ahead.

There seems to a fragment of English both at the beginning and at the end of the recording.
