I think it means:

"What do you want with a woman like me? I already have a boyfriend. But this doesn't mean I love you less, instead I have spent more time with you until my boyfriend is now hurt. do you know?"

I really want to get this correct before I ask her wassup with this status update.

Seems you have the gist right except กูก็แค่มีกิ๊ก, which I'd translate as

"So I have a boyfriend*. That's all."
or
"All I've done is have a boyfriend*."

* or "someone on the side"

This fits better with the rest of the story about her not loving him any less, etc.

I don't know what หลั่นหลา means. If you do, I'd like to know.

So it should read

"What do you want with a woman like me! So I have a boyfriend, That all. But this doesn't mean I love you less, instead I have spent more time with you until my boyfriend is now hurt. do you know?"

or

"What do you want with a woman like me? I already have a boyfriend. But this doesn't mean I love him less, instead I have spent more time with you until my boyfriend is now hurt. do you know?"

Oh the subtle differences means a world of difference. This is not part of some thai song right?

I don't know what หลั่นหลา means. If you do, I'd like to know.

It's a slang sounds like ลั้ลลา which means enjoyable.

This sounds like a complaining from a girl to her boyfriend.

It means "what do you expect (or want) from an enjoyable girl like me? I just have a secret love (there are so many discussions about this term, in this case it can be just someone she feels good with or a secret love but not a real boyfriend.) But I never love you less, instead I have spent more time with you until that boy is now hurt, do you know?"

Now I gotta figure out where I am in relation to this, either way its not positive. She has told me she has no other boyfriend and she has been spending more time with me so my suspicion is she's complaining about it without complaining to me personally (since my thai esp written, is limited). This is a status update and not correspondence. I never gave the impression that I am hurt as well.

Also, she a happy girl that likes to enjoy herself (maybe thats what "enjoyable" means).

One other question: Is this derived from some Thai song? cos thats the common excuse I get.
