กำยาน ๑ /กำ-ยาน/ {cf. Malaysian: kameyan}
[นาม]	วัตถุเครื่องหอมชนิดหนึ่ง เกิดจากชันหรือยางที่ออกจากเปลือกของต้นกำยาน มีกลิ่นหอม ใช้เผาอบผ้าและทำยาได้.
กำยาน ๒ /กำ-ยาน/
[นาม]	(๑) ชื่อไม้ต้นขนาดกลางหลายชนิดในสกุล Styrax วงศ์ Styracaceae ขึ้นตามป่าเขาในระดับสูง ใบเดี่ยว หลังใบขาว ดอกสีขาว หอมอ่อนๆ.
[นาม]	(๒) ชื่อกล้วยพันธุ์หนึ่ง มีกลิ่นหอม เรียกว่า กล้วยกำยาน. (พจน. ๒๔๙๓).
