October 2001 News Archive Thanks to Anthony Wong for pointing out some short versus long vowel problems with the transliterator which have been corrected. The transliteration now displays which of the five tones should be spoken for each syllable. For now, this is calculated automatically, using the rules shown on the tone calculator page, so irregular tones may not be shown correctly. Updated and added to this site news page. List server now maintaining update-notice mailing list, subscribe/unsubscribe confirmations now sent by list server. |
